Giacomo Cozzolino provided, under the supervision of UNDP, the elaboration of the Strategic Environmental Assessment, Economic Environmental Assessment (based on Ecosystem Services Approach) and Application of EIA in the offshore oil and gas sector Guidelines; Training of 28 technicians on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA); a Capacity Building Programme; Guiding, overseeing and coordinating the revision of 8 sectorial guidelines (EIA)
