#Project – Final Workshop SETIN is proud to contribute to the External Final Evaluation of the Ianda Guiné! Programme in Guinea-Bissau, under a subcontract with DT Global, within a consortium led by PROMAN, and headed by Giacomo Cozzolino. The evaluation assessed the relevance, effectiveness, sustainability and long-term impact of EU-funded interventions supporting rural development, food security, agricultural production, rural infrastructure and community resilience across Guinea-Bissau. On 11 May 2026, the final evaluation report was officially submitted to the European Union Delegation

The evaluation is led by Giacomo Cozzolino, serving as Lead Senior Evaluator. The Ianda Guiné! Programme is a multi-sectoral development initiative promoted by the European Union (EU) and implemented between 2019 and 2025, with a total investment of approximately 44 million euros. The programme comprises eight distinct Actions, implemented by different partners, all contributing to shared objectives
